Sanitation as National Infrastructure

Harrison Mensah Adiko has published a national policy paper on sanitation — Sanitation as National Infrastructure — setting out a framework for human dignity, public health, environmental stewardship, employment and national prosperity. The paper argues that sanitation is national infrastructure: it protects health, food, water, the environment, tourism, commerce, and human dignity, and can create businesses, industries and thousands of productive jobs when properly developed.
